3-Strip Insulation Unit
Using 3 strips it is possible to wind with very thin strips and big wires while also using as little insulation as required resulting in a compact but highly efficient transformer.
Two strips wind continuously from start to finish while overlapping to build the wedge like layer insulation. The third strip is inserted between the two other strips at the ends of the coil as an end-fill strip.
No glue is required for fixing the insulation to the coil.

Flattening Device
Apart from the flattening of the wire the built in flattening device is also used to precisely control the wire tension of the wire. The machine can operate at full speed even when flattening the wire.
Wire Guide
In addition to the flattening device the wire guide is also equipped with a dancer system which allows winding of rectangular coils even at full speed. The wire guide can also be adjusted to many different coil diameters and wire sizes allowing it to wind almost all distribution coils.
